Hey! What an imaginative creature! It looks incredible! Just a few small adjustments that I think could help it stand out even more. Making the background slightly lighter near the top would help the silhouette read more clearly and make the overall shape easier to distinguish. On another note, the creature feels a little flat at the moment. You could reinforce the sense of volume by pushing the shadows further and strengthening the darker areas. Doing so would also help the rim light stand out more and draw additional attention to the face. I really like the idea of giving the saliva a glow. It makes the design more interesting and helps reinforce the focal point. If the saliva emits light, it would naturally create some bounced light underneath the creature. That subtle illumination could help separate the lower silhouette from the background and make the forms read more clearly. Hope this helps!
