Hey! It's a cool idea and an interesting concept, the combination of a human face with a catfish is pretty unique. That said, I'd highly recommend spending some time studying form and perspective, since those are the foundations you should build before focusing too much on figure drawing. Once you're comfortable with that, learn how to simplify the human body into basic forms such as boxes and cylinders. Doing this will give you a huge head start in figure drawing, because drawing the human body is largely about understanding and manipulating forms in space. From there, you can begin studying proportions as well. I mention this because the perspective, forms, and proportions in the drawing are currently a bit off. The head doesn't feel connected to the torso; the head is too small relative to the neck, and the torso isn't clearly defined, making the overall structure difficult to read. I made some adjustments to both the pose and the face. This is roughly how I would approach drawing a character with a catfish-inspired face. Hopefully it's close to what you had in mind hehe. Also, always use references. Don't rely entirely on memory (unless you happen to have an amazing visual memory ). If you can't find the exact pose you're looking for, take photos of yourself and use them as reference material. Hope this helps!
