What can I improve?

I’m stuck, I need help please🙏

I feel like regardless of how much I practice I don’t improve, I finished the beginner, figure and anatomy roads, and yet I feel like all of that knowledge doesn’t stick, I can’t even draw cylinder properly, it’s hard to tell if I’m drawing a pose with simple volumes in the right perspective and regardless of all of my attempts when it comes to draw even with a reference I still struggle a lot and everything turns out bad and I forget everything when trying to draw from imagination, if you have any advice I would greatly appreciate it🙏, thanks(in this image I tried copying a pose with simple volumes, from like in the road and silhoette)
