What can I improve?

Character concept design

Hello, I wanted to ask for some advice on clothing and material lighting and shading. This is a character design I've been working on for a while and while there's been much more improvement especially on the anatomy advice I received last time I still need a bit of help with his clothing. I'm going for a black jacket made out of a cloth material, a gray t-shirt underneath and jeans (I might have really rework those pants). Even after looking at some references closely it's still a bit tricky figuring out how the shadows and lighting will go with this type of clothing and how it falls on my character's figure. Any advice on this and possibly anything with his anatomy would be greatly appreciated.
