Hey! I like the concept and the story behind this character! However, the design doesn’t really communicate that he is or was a fighter. First, I would draw a more robust body (either a very athletic build or a sturdier body with a bit of a belly; not necessarily a perfect six-pack, haha). Second, I would design his outfit as a mix of casual clothing and elements that communicate that this character liked to fight; maybe something like a belt worn over the shoulder, wraps on the arms, etc. Look for elements that help convey the character’s narrative.
