Hey there! Nice job! I'll focus on helping you a bit with the rendering of this piece. First, you could make the character slightly smaller so that the deer's eye isn't right up against the edge of the canvas (personally, it bothers me to see objects so close to the edges, haha). It would be good to define the lighting clearly and adjust the values. Especially the background values, since the little fairy blends in completely with the background. What I did was reduce the brightness in that area to make her stand out more. Since it’s a 3/4 lighting setup, I darkened the areas not exposed to light to make the lighting more logical and consistent. The character’s face was very pale, so I added more flesh tones. Avoid painting white eyes—they aren’t white—and remember that the eyelid creates a small shadow on the upper part (I just realized the eyes aren’t looking directly at the camera—my apologies, hehe). Since they’re on a gold platform... I didn’t add this, but you can add a bit of light bounce on the underside, since gold is very reflective and therefore the light bounce is a bit more noticeable. I hope this helps a little! :) | Artwod Feedback
