Hey! Well.. I don't know why you feel the boxes look so off when actually, they are great! The perspective is quite accurate. At least for me, this rotation exercise is quite good to learn to draw boxes since you realize how the VP's can be moved over the same horizon line. But another way to practice boxes is freehand, and draw a cluster of boxes that share the same horizon line, but different VP's. Generally speaking, rotate boxes in space.
