Hey Well... This looks exactly like "A man with an evil eye" by Ilya Efimovich Repin. I mean, like if you copy and paste the picture here. Hope I'm wrong, tho. If your goal was to create a copy of the original, then you did a great job! You can use the same colour palette and use it in a different portrait or even in a self-portrait. That's a great way to apply the master's studies.

Late post, fell asleep after got back from vacation. I drew these three from references to sharpen my visual library. Probably as much as i needed before hopping into drawing from imagination. To me, there's a lot room for improvements, because these drawing still not great. If you have any advices, truly i'd be grateful to hear it. Ignore the top left, its from yesterday :)
