Hey there! Nice sketch! I like the flow in the composition, that's great! :D Regarding the folds. Keep in mind where the tension point (TP) is. In this case, the raised arm is the one creating that TP. From there, you can see some folds going downward. The delphin is the one that looks weird due to the perspective. Well... Now that I see it, you tried to draw it tilted. Anyway, keep the shape's direction in mind and draw contour lines to help you figure out the perspective angle, and keep the form manipulation in mind as well. The mouth should follow the curve shape of the body, similar to what I drew in my lil' example. Notice that in your drawing, the top of the mouth is straight, does not follow the form of the body.
