Hey! The painting is looking so good! :D It's a bit hard to give you better feedback since I do not know what the person looks like in the picture. Maybe he's actually ugly? Just kidding lol What I did was just to refine the shadows on the face a bit more and highlight the light shapes. IMO this helps the face not be ugly :p Hope this helps!

Late post, fell asleep after got back from vacation. I drew these three from references to sharpen my visual library. Probably as much as i needed before hopping into drawing from imagination. To me, there's a lot room for improvements, because these drawing still not great. If you have any advices, truly i'd be grateful to hear it. Ignore the top left, its from yesterday :)
