You have good construction and overall nice dynamism when drawing hands. What I would recommend is drawing the hand part by part before drawing the whole hand. At least for me, visualizing the hand that way helps me understand it better—of course, using simple forms. However, drawing the hand strictly with rigid boxes and cylinders can sometimes break the natural feel of the hand… so to speak. June Sketch Day 8

Late post, fell asleep after got back from vacation. I drew these three from references to sharpen my visual library. Probably as much as i needed before hopping into drawing from imagination. To me, there's a lot room for improvements, because these drawing still not great. If you have any advices, truly i'd be grateful to hear it. Ignore the top left, its from yesterday :)
