The head was completely disconnected from the body and neck. It should follow the same line or direction as the body, as I have done in the example. We should see more of the lower part of the chin due to the camera angle, and the shoulder would be overlapping a little. Remember, when in doubt, act out the pose and take photos so you have a better reference of the view :D As for the shoulder. It occurs to me that that part of the body could be a robotic plate so that there is more logic in how the shoulder connects to that part of the torso, that is, not directly to the human body, but to a certain part of the cyborg body.
