Hello there, Nice job here! So... Look for the outstanding facial features of the person to achieve a better likeness. In this case, notice that the shape of the head is not sharp or triangular, but is more rounded and a little bit squarish. Of course, the eyes are the thing that stand out even more; both should be rounder (you drew one square eye). On the other hand, the lips are big and wider, while in your drawing, the lips are big but not too wide. Follow the form of the head. If you used the reference I found, then notice that the camera is slightly above the person; therefore, the curved line of the eyebrows and nose (Loomis head) is pointing downwards, while in your drawing, they're completely straight. Avoid drawing hard with lines in all directions. Is better to draw a few lines (keeping in mind the layers of the hair) to suggest volume and textures. I know, curly hair is quite hard to draw (I even find it hard xD), but think of simple shapes and divide the hair into different layers. You can look for some videos on the ArtWod YouTube channel, where Antonio explains how to draw hair. Hope this helps!
