You have to ensure that the lines converge as accurately as possible towards the VP. Keep the horizon line in mind. If an object is above it, we won't see the top but the bottom plane, and vice versa. On the other hand, talking about the composition. You can draw the focal point and the elements near the foreground with thicker lines and objects with less importance (like those buildings in the background) with thinner lines.
