Great job! I honestly don’t have much to add. I slightly corrected the size of the mechanical element on the arm. It was too small and didn’t stand out enough. On the other hand, regarding the lighting: Always keep in mind where your light source is (above, below, to the side, etc.). Based on that, think in terms of a sphere and an egg. This will guide you when painting the shadows on your objects, since every object has a “spherical” nature, or can be thought of that way in order to separate light from shadow. Also, it’s about finding interesting light shapes and applying Big, Medium, and Small to the light patterns. In this case, I placed the light at the top and, based on that, I only painted the graphic light shapes. This serves as a base to later add things like bounced light, ambient occlusion, etc. Hope this helps! | Artwod Feedback
