So I think understanding the 'planes of the head' will help you determine how you want to make this 'more realistic' its like a dappled light situation yes? so I think you can put emphasis where you want. But first up pick your light direction. Then add your shadows according to the planes of your face. I added some saturation. and had a go at the bounce light, I saw the sublte ones in the hair. Great shapes, Nice mood. Keep it up.

How can i render this to look more 3d ? or more sensible, pleasing to the eyes if ykwim? Idk how to explain 🥲 I am fairly new to digital art and painting as a whole so idk much about edges and values and hues and all. So please attach FREE resources if you can related to what i can and should improve.
