Hey! This is a fun illustration! :D The main thing I'd work on here is the values and the overall contrast. Since all of the chickens are lit in a very similar way, it's a bit difficult to know where to look first, and personally, I find that a little overwhelming. That's why it's helpful to first decide on your focal point (for me, it's the three hens in the background) and then design the lighting around that. A simple solution would be to darken the rooster in the foreground so it doesn't steal all the attention. I'd also push the shadows on the hens a bit more to give them better volume and create a stronger separation between light and shadow. Finally, I'd darken the little chick as well, since the hen in the center would naturally be blocking most of the light from reaching it. Hope this helps! :) | Artwod Feedback
