Hey there! What a piece, especially considering it was done entirely from imagination! :) One thing I would suggest is pushing the lighting contrast a bit more. Some areas should be receiving more light given the intensity of the fire, yet they remain slightly too dark. Likewise, there are a few places where stronger shadows could help, such as between the fingers, around the neck, and in the eye sockets. Try thinking of the fire as the "bully" of the illustration; it dominates the scene and influences everything around it. Because of that, a large portion of the character would be illuminated by warm oranges and reds. Hope this helps! :) | Artwod Feedback
