Hello! It's looking really good so far! After comparing your drawing with the original reference, I think the main reason the face feels off from this angle is that the underlying head structure isn't fully established yet. I made a comparison between your painting and the reference. You'll notice that, in the original, the head is tilted to one side and slightly leaned back, allowing us to see the underside of the nose and a bit of the chin. One of the biggest clues is that the eyebrow line and the nose both follow an upward curve, which helps define the head's orientation in perspective. I'm not sure if you used this approach, but I'd recommend constructing the head using the Loomis method before adding the facial features. More importantly, spend some time practicing Loomis heads from a variety of angles. That exercise alone will help you become much more comfortable drawing heads in perspective.
