Hey! This is a really nice drawing! Drawing directly with pen, without an initial pencil sketch, is a great challenge! :) I mainly focused on adjusting the facial features to make the character feel a bit closer to the reference. You don't have to achieve a 100% likeness (unless you're aiming for hyperrealism), but it's important to identify what makes a character recognizable. In this case, I think the eyebrows, the eyes, and the nose are some of the character's most distinctive features. In your drawing, though, the eyebrows and the expression don't quite match the reference. If you compare the eyes, you'll notice they're different sizes, and the eyebrows sit at different heights; one is raised more than the other. Small differences like these can have a big impact on the overall likeness. Before you start drawing, try taking a moment to analyze these distinctive features. It will give you a much stronger foundation and make it easier to capture the character's likeness. Hope this helps! :) | Artwod Feedback
