Hey! Nice work! The main issue I see here is the perspective and viewing angle. The eyes in your drawing are not properly aligned, whereas in the reference, they follow the same perspective. I've marked this with purple guidelines on the reference so you can better see what I mean. On top of that, since we're viewing the person from a slightly elevated angle, we shouldn't be able to see the underside of the nose. Instead, we should mainly see the top plane of the nose.
