Your fireplace and carpet are not following the perspective you set up. Make sure all your lines go to the vanishing point you have established.

One thing you have to remember is that once you set up your perspective, all the lines in the scene have to follow that perspective. In your scene the fireplace and the carpet are not in perspective. I did a quick sketch to show you what I mean, I hope it helps :)
