the main thing that stood out to me is the sleeve of the left arm, dreepy clothes usually connect more backwards that how you drew it I feel like. also I thought the way the sword was taken out of the sheef was a bit to on an angle and that the sword doesnt have space in the sheef to acually exist, so I thout of a few solutions, one is to change the placement of the hands like how I did (the other hand can be moved instead and it will look great to I think) but the other solution is to add kind of a curve to the sword (like to place it in a bit of a fish eye perspective).

Hi, Here is one of my recent drawings; I wanted to draw a samurai. I used a few references but also tried to alter the character's pose specifically the positioning of the arms and legs—to practice form and perspective rather than simply copying the reference image. I can't really tell if I made any mistakes, so please feel free to let me know if there is anything I could improve; I appreciate any feedback.
