I added harsher shadows and contrast to the face to help it stand out more as a focal point. Harsh lighting tends to create harsh shadows, otherwise it creates a haze-like effect. I also noticed one leg was a tad skinnier than the other. Overall, a lovely piece! I hope I could help!
harsher face shadow makes sense. idk if the whole scene needs it though, maybe keep the sun soft on the water and just let one shadow plane under the hat brim do the work so she still stays the focal point
