heyy, i dont really work in this style so i dont know much about the proportions, however: probably the biggest thing that sticks out to me is the eye closer to you is slipping of the face, really all i did was just make it smaller. I also gave the shadows and the face overall a bit more colour, the hat was also a bit too long. the hair is a bit wonky cuz i used a lot of liquify, hope this helps :3
the smaller eye helps yeah. though maybe the hat brim is doing more of it, it sits pretty flat over the face. idk, a bit of shadow under the brim might sell the tilt before touching the eye much
yea, i agree, i didnt really focus on the hat in my paintover, i was considering redoing the form of it too, but the eye seemed more important.
