hey I'm starting to get more into painting and I did this face study from a course. Im not so interested in whether the rendering is perfect or all the details, just the general read of value and colour. Basically what can I improve at this stage of a portrait before all the painstaking rendering of wrinkles etc. ps i know the likeness isnt great, i was more interested in the painting element for this one so i kinda speed ran the drawing lol.
