Hi hi! He looks badass! I like the red light on the side! You were close with setting the light and following anatomy. Draw the forms of the thrown shadows on the gun and the shadows on the object itself (core shadow) using a strong brush. Ensure that the shadow shapes in your line design correspond to the three-dimensional structure. When shadow mapping, we need to be more pictorial, but if we want, we may later blend things out. As a result, do not be afraid to add more intense shadows; you can subsequently adjust them using features found in almost all digital drawing programs, such as Color Balance and Levels. For shadows, use a neutral gray or orange tone with a multiply layer for warmer shadows, or a neutral gray or blue tone with the same layer type for colder shadows, rather than pure black. Always keep in mind the planes on faces, and you may help yourself by using the 3D Asaro head I have provided in the drawing. Artwork will appear more realistic and have more volume in this way. Lastly, when adding a second light, make sure you separate theme from core shadow by putting darker value in between. Hope it helps!
