Hello hello! Its great that you are following workouts! Its matter of form manipulation and getting perspective right. In art, form manipulation is the process of creating intricate, dynamic, and organic shapes from the imagination by bending, stretching, twisting, or merging simple 3D primitives like boxes, spheres, and cylinders. It allows us to maintain structural volume and perspective while disassembling, altering, and rotating items into intricate structures like muscles, characters, or landscapes. Here you have a nose built out of 3 main building blocks. Since you find them a bit difficult to construct in perspective when they are merged, I suggest separating them first and drawing them from each angle. You can help yourself with a 2 point perspective grid for that purpose. This is bit longer process but it will help you in future when drawing imaginative faces. Hope it helps!
