On one hand, the character's face is lit from below, which suggests the light source is coming from a lower angle. However, the nose and other parts of the body are lit as if the light were coming from above. That's why the lighting feels a bit inconsistent overall. I'd recommend establishing a clear light direction first. Let's assume the main light is coming from the upper left. Notice how, once you do that, all the planes facing the light become consistently illuminated. On top of that, you could use the cyan light as a rim light on the face to better define its volume.
