Hi Hi Cool design! The posing suits the character very well! I would first refrain from rendering until every human body part was properly positioned. In this manner, you have more time to experiment with details without having to fix the entire figure. You can use painting or clear linework, depending on what works best for you. For self-correction, maniquuine is quite helpful. Do not rush the posing process. You are still learning, and it takes time. Adding further components, such as clothing or viewpoint, can quickly become difficult. Using the shape of underwear is a fairly simple method for creating legs. Because our underwear was made to fit around our pelvis, it provides us with a very basic shape to learn. Instead of attaching the legs immediately beneath the pelvis, attach them to its sides. To improve flexibility and angle adjustability, attach the leg (thigh) with cylinders or rounded shapes. I explained the stance using a mannequin because of this. These geometric forms help our brain understand how things are connected and positioned in relation to one another. Hope it helps! Have fun learning!
