Hi hi! I like the scenery very much! Very playful with dash of charm in Sanjii expression! Setting up a light source—in this case, light from the sides—is necessary for a nice render. Align the character elements with the main shadow, arrange the shadows on multiple levels, and use a neutral color for the shadows (typically warm for cool light and cold for warm light). You can experiment with textures on the drawing's light side during the finishing touches. In order to avoid making artwork noisy for spectators, be careful where you place them and try not to overdo it. I used the Multiply layer for shadows and the Overlay layer for light. On flat hues that should not be overly bright or dull, both must be balanced (not too dark or too saturated). Also what important is to keep each stage of a drawing separated and clean.Linework and flat colors should be in own layer, that also countess for shadows, lights and textures + finishing touches. For creating a scene, you can plan them by making thumbnails first before committing to one design. Have in mind That composition contains of 3 layers: foreground, middle ground and background. Hope it helps!
