It's a gorgeous drawing and style, There are a lot of things to learn at all times when learning the technical bits but it seems to me you already have a strong sense of composition and colour theory, The next step would be to do some 3d studies, really focus on breaking down all shapes and being able to imagine the planes of all these in 3D. In this drawing for instance I only tweaked the way light behaved on Sanji's face to translate his face shape a bit better and add depth. And the fringe was adjusted to allow the rest of his face to fit underneath it. It is a slightly stylistic choice but the core problem of it was its slighly wrong foreshortening due to the face's angle. Overall amazing drawing tho!
