Pretty cute idea, really likes how you chose a more cartoony feel to it . Honestly fundamentals can be a huge hustle as they are not really "Fun" (pun intended 🙃 ), but soo much important. And i feel like that what makes them even more boaring is the tedious and irrelevant way in which we approach them in . Practicing fundamentals seems like quite a boaring thing, but it really doesn't have to, it's just that we have made our method of practice soo much irrelevant for real drawing that we loose our intrest in the act of practice altogether. It is way more engaging to make the practice in ways more relevant to drawing and treat "tedious practices" as just supplement to the progress. More on this later, You have also mentioned that you struggle with putting things on paper. I have been there, and the thing that propelled me from there was rather a mindset shift. The shift was that instead of thinking about "How do i draws exactly this thing" , i started believing that everything i draws is just a my interpretation of what is there ( even if dillusional , it serves me well ). I started to break down everything i saw, or imagined into my own interpretation. This really allowed me to draw whatever i wish to, what real or imagined . And what allow's that interpretation to happen are fundamentals. And this was really how i started to see the true relevance of the fundamentals, and they actually became more fun . If you are at a stage where fundamentals appears like a boaring thing, go and seek their implications. Something that helped me with this was this video by artwod channel where he discussed how to break down drawing subject into shapes and forms (i.e. our own interpretation ): "The subtle secrets of kim jung gi"
