Let's start by reducing the number of hands shown in the picture and leave only the hands behind her figure. This makes it easier to read the silhouette of the figure while maintaining a decent level of complexity. One of the creative options to separate her figure from the background is to add a white outline. The world of one piece is fairly graphical, we can be bold and play with the graphic elements such as strong outline. Finally, I removed the dark gradient from the edges of the canvas and left it only at the bottom to make the image less dark.
