Hi Hi! Looks nice! You are heading in the right path with these so keep up! Here we are missing volume. You treated shapes as 2D forms instead of 3D. Thats why its important we know form manipulation. In order to construct intricate, dynamic forms from the imagination, form manipulation in drawing entails bending, twisting, stretching, and combining simple 3D primitives (boxes, cylinders, and spheres). Contour correction, form blending, cutting/subtraction, and wrapping forms around one another are important methods. Manipulate, warp, or "bend" simple shapes as if they are flexible, like rubber. Combine multiple simple forms together to create complex, interlocking structures. Use 3D model references to understand how a twisted form appears in space. For muscle learning, you can use different artist who create tutorials, one of them is included here: TB Choi. She created images of simplified anatomy for artists and they can be very helpful in your learning before diving deeper by dissecting each muscle. Hope it helps! Keep up!
