This is my first time trying to finish a digital painting, everything else I've done are sketches, some with flat color layers. I'm slightly color blind which makes picking colors difficult without using the eye dropper directly from a reference. Here her pants originally turned out purple with my 3 year old daughter pointing it out, and my wife said her hair looked like she just got out of a chlorinated pool. I think I've since corrected these but wonder if anyone else struggles with this? Other than that I feel slow at the whole process but I guess that's just due to experience.
