Hello hello! Good start! Here are my advices on how to push forward: Head measure is not necessary. That only helps you when creating art,not for character page.Figure rendering is not required for the character page unless you wish to display renderings of particular materials, such as: Shirts have attractive patterns, or pants have sparkling parts. Other than that, rendering is not necessary to display an ortographic perspective like this. It truly depends on what you are producing. You can render the figure on the far left, where I added shadows, while the remainder can have strong linework and clear, flat colors. You need to drive the creative aspect now that you have a solid foundation for character. Design clothing according to the character's personality, background, time era, etc. There are countless options that do not end with a single design. For this reason, we prefer to make several sketches before deciding on the final character page design. For a truly youthful street look, you can add some jeans holes, colors or mud on shoes, and creative t-shirt designs. Hope it helps! Have fun creating!
