Hi hi! Cool drawing! Let me help you for shading part: Describe a distinct, hypothetical light source direction (e.g., top-right, back-lit). This determines where shadows are cast and where light strikes. Before adding final colors or mixing, we map out the shapes of shadows to create consistent lighting and volume. By emphasizing the logic of light, it simplifies complicated drawing. Create a new layer on top, select Multiply mode, then clip it to your basic flat color layer once your drawing and flats have been defined. Draw the forms of the thrown shadows on the gun and the shadows on the object itself (core shadow) using a strong brush. Make sure your line drawing's shadow shapes match the 3D structure. Lighter tones should be added to the darkened area, especially on the side opposite the light source, to prevent flat-looking shadows. Hope it helps!
