I think it's something with either the size or position of the eyes and I just noticed the nostril is a bit long/wide. The ear might be a little high and maybe the side of the head is a bit long.
Is there anything else I can do to make the face match, so that you can tell who it is from a glance. If feel like they look similar but not exactly like the same person.
