Hey there! Well, in this case, I don't think there's much reason to worry about how the back would look in this pose, since what we're really focusing on is the front view. Broadly speaking, though, when you stretch your arms forward like this, the shoulder blades move along with the arms. Remember that the clavicles and the shoulder blades work together, so the muscles involved in this movement are mainly the trapezius, the muscles surrounding the shoulder blades, the deltoids, and the chest muscles. That said, I don't think it's necessary to indicate all of those muscles here. Instead, I'd focus on building a solid foundation using a simple mannequin made up of basic forms like boxes and cylinders. On another note, I think you drew the arms a bit too straight, so it doesn't quite feel like the character is actually resting on the sword. What I did was bend the arms slightly, which I think gives the pose a much stronger sense of weight and relaxation. Another important factor is the perspective.
