Hi! For a beginner I think you've made a great start! I lowered the eyes and nose a little bit, to go for slightly more realistic proportions. I also made the eyes a little bit smaller so the distance between them is about one eye-width. Apart from that I think it can help to think of a specific emotion to draw, I noticed you had drawn the mouth open, so i went for a smile!
