Hiya, sorry for the wait! First off, I think you have done such a great job already, there is SO much character in these sketches!! I love the portrait thumbnails at the bottom, and you said people mistook him for being a more intellectual character, so I think we can keep the base, but add a bit of roughness. Texture/stains/warts/skin folds, a bit of an off-look in his eyes,... For the full body sketches I think there's a really fun flow present in all of them, I slightly changed the proportions of the one I circled in pink to make sure the silhouet flows a bit better and that there is a bit more hierarchy in the size of the different elements of the body.
