I really like your style! It's honestly difficult to critique, but I'll try to help. I see that you're doing the loomis head method and it looks like you have a good understanding of form. I definitely understand how difficult eye placement is so hopefully some of these tips work for you like they did for me. First, instead of the loomis method I've found that drawing a rectangular box and dividing it into thirds yields much more consistant results. The eyes rest roughly halfway between the eyebrows and nose and an eye width apart from each other. The inner corners of the eye are roughly line up with the corners of the mouth. And the mouth is about halfway between the chin and the nose. The bottoms of the eyes line up with the bottom of the nose as well. The corners of the mouth also line up with the slope of the jaw and the jaw lines up with the slope of the back of the head. Of course these proportions vary from person to person. -For example, I might place the eyes and eyebrows a bit higher up on a guy or I might widen or lower the jaw or make the chin longer.
