Hi Hi! Very cool drawing! I like that strong light and shadow, it feels almost like a comic-like approach! You already have high contrast in artwork, just need to adjust the volume on highlight and show more midtones. Highlights should not account for 40% of the image, they are merely directions for viewers to see focal points (here would be face,chest and guitar). To balance the existing image, use a darken layer on every light value and then you can put pure white (in case you want a full graphical approach) on the right side of the figure and guitar. That way you are more accurate with light direction and it gives emphasis back on form. For the figure drawing, always help yourself with a mannequin for self correction regarding proportions and perspective. To get a likeness of a specific person, make sure you identify key distinctive elements that make them unique to represent their personality in drawing. Hope it helps!

Late post, fell asleep after got back from vacation. I drew these three from references to sharpen my visual library. Probably as much as i needed before hopping into drawing from imagination. To me, there's a lot room for improvements, because these drawing still not great. If you have any advices, truly i'd be grateful to hear it. Ignore the top left, its from yesterday :)
