Tried to quickly sketch anime legs, but they look weird and unnatural

I sometimes struggle with finding a quick way to draw calves and legs. The proportions look really off here, especially when I try to draw the toes. I have a hard time visualizing how the toes should look from a front view. Any advice on how I can improve this?
