What can I improve?

not really a FAN of this one

Choosing an object i can draw with ghosting techniques, i went with a ceiling fan. Thought it would be easy to rotate in my head, but guess i was wrong :/ probably got too impatient with the reference, so i got pretty much everything wrong, including the proportions. If anyone could help, please let me know!
