2nd attempt at Kate Mulgrew. It had her likeness for a bit but then I am not sure where I lost it. I think the eyes are too big again? Also I don’t think I got the angle completely, in the ref she is looking up slightly, mostly with her eyes so I’m not sure how to show that bit of looking from under her brows. I wish we could post more than one pic at a time to show the reference image. Any help is appreciated!

What can I improve?
