Hey there! I'd recommend focusing on studying the human figure using simple forms, or at the very least, starting your drawings with them. Doing so makes it much easier to build more complex forms later on, such as muscles and other anatomical details. Using simple forms helps you focus on two key aspects: proportions and perspective. That's exactly what I did here to help correct the pose in your drawing. I used a twisted box to solve the rotation of the torso, and once that was established, correcting the overall pose became relatively straightforward. :) As for line work, I didn't demonstrate it here, but try to think about overlapping lines to better describe things like skin folds or muscle groups. This helps prevent forms from feeling flat. A good example would be the legs, which currently read more as a single mass rather than two distinct forms interacting with one another.
