They're mostly warm orange tones, with some subtle, desaturated greenish hues in the shadows. This happens because the photo was taken around a late afternoon. Whenever you study references like this one, try asking yourself what time of day the photo was taken. Cloud colors at noon tend to be cooler, with more grayish-blue tones, while clouds in the late afternoon or at sunset usually pick up much warmer oranges and other warm hues. Getting into the habit of analyzing why the colors look the way they do at different times of day will help you understand the logic behind them. In turn, that will lead to better color choices and a stronger use of color in your paintings. Another exercise you can try is painting a simple white sphere directly into the photo, making sure its lighting and colors match the scene.
