Hello there! I love the scene! The texture of the snake is a chef's kiss! :D I think the focal point is already very clear. My eye starts at the foreground torch and naturally travels toward the torch (or structure) in the midground, which then leads me to the ships approaching on the horizon. What I'd mainly adjust are the values. For example, the values of the midground structure are almost the same as those of the ocean in the background, which causes them to blend together instead of reading as separate planes. Something similar happens between the foreground and the midground, where some of the values are also very close to one another. I also don't see a reason for the pillar in the foreground to be illuminated if the main light source is behind it. Take a look at my paintover. I adjusted the values a bit so each plane is more clearly separated, making the overall scene much easier to read. Hope this helps! :) | Artwod Feedback
